• Transportation and logistics, including bulk and high-volume shipment scheduling: We prepare each load for transport by checking container condition, marking and labeling, and completing shipping papers and hazardous waste manifests before the truck is loaded. For recurring bulk work, we set a pickup schedule around your volumes so tanker, roll-off, and tote quantities leave your site before storage limits become a problem.
• Disposal at permitted treatment, storage, and disposal facilities (TSDFs): Each waste stream is sent to a permitted facility using a method suited to the material, such as fuel blending, incineration, stabilization, solidification, neutralization, chemical oxidation and reduction, deactivation, macroencapsulation, amalgamation, or wastewater treatment. We confirm land disposal restriction requirements are met and follow every shipment until the signed manifest and certificate of disposal are back in your records.
• Solid, liquid, and containerized waste streams: We handle bulk solids and sludges, bulk liquids, and containerized waste including drums, pails, totes, IBCs, and lab packs. That includes segregating incompatible materials, overpacking damaged drums and pails, loose packing non-hazardous material, separating hazardous items for lab packing, and identifying IBCs with their UN numbers and waste codes.
• Bulk waste disposal for high-volume hazardous and non-hazardous waste generators: For facilities with continuous or large-scale generation, we build a recurring service plan around your volumes. That includes scheduled bulk pickups, container and tank coordination, and consistent reporting, so waste leaves your site on time and storage limits are respected.

• Identification and segregation of laboratory chemicals: Our technicians inspect each container in person, read labels and SDS documents, and identify unknown materials so nothing is packed blindly. Chemicals are then segregated by hazard class and compatibility, separating items such as flammables, oxidizers, acids, bases, reactives, toxics, and water-reactive materials so incompatible products are never packed together.
• Packaging and labeling in accordance with DOT and EPA regulations: Containers are checked for condition, then packed into DOT-specification drums with the required absorbent and cushioning material. We assign the correct EPA waste codes, DOT shipping descriptions, and UN numbers, and apply all required hazardous waste labels, markings, and hazard class labels. Non-hazardous materials are loose packed separately from hazardous materials so disposal costs stay down.
• Transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous materials: We prepare each load for transport by completing shipping papers and hazardous waste manifests, confirming drums are properly closed, marked, and labeled, and making sure the shipment meets DOT requirements before it leaves your facility. Hazardous and non-hazardous materials are shipped under the correct paperwork for each.
• Disposal at approved treatment and disposal facilities: Each lab pack is sent to a permitted facility using a disposal method suited to the contents, such as incineration, fuel blending, or stabilization. We confirm land disposal restriction requirements are met and follow every shipment until the signed manifest and certificate of disposal are back in your records.
• Documentation: We prepare container inventories, packing lists, waste profiles, and manifests, and keep them organized and ready for your records or an audit.

We provide facility clean out services for warehouses, plants, labs, offices, and storage areas. Our technicians come to your site, go through the materials on hand, and handle the sorting, packaging, and shipping of everything that needs to go. Clean outs are most often needed for relocations, shutdowns, and property transitions.

Services include:

• Identification and removal of unwanted materials: Our technicians go through every area of the facility, including back rooms, mezzanines, cabinets, and outdoor storage, and inventory what is there. Unlabeled and unknown materials are identified so nothing is left behind or shipped blindly. Old chemicals, process leftovers, damaged containers, obsolete stock, and abandoned equipment are removed from the site.
• Hazardous and non-hazardous waste segregation: Materials are sorted by hazard class and compatibility, with flammables, corrosives, oxidizers, reactives, and toxics kept apart from one another. Non-hazardous material is separated from hazardous material so you are not paying hazardous disposal rates for waste that does not require it. Small containers are lab packed or loose packed as needed, and damaged drums and pails are overpacked.
• Packaging and transportation: Each container is checked for condition, then packaged, marked, and labeled to meet DOT and EPA requirements. We assign the correct EPA waste codes, DOT shipping descriptions, and UN numbers, and complete the shipping papers and manifests before the truck is loaded. Loads are staged and prepared so pickup is quick and orderly.
• Disposal: We handle the disposal of every waste stream from the clean out. Materials are profiled, packaged, labeled, and transported to permitted treatment, storage, and disposal facilities, where they are managed using the method that fits the waste, such as fuel blending, incineration, stabilization, neutralization, or macroencapsulation. We prepare the manifests and land disposal restriction paperwork for every load, and you receive the signed manifest and a final disposal summary when the project is complete.

Services include:

• Fluorescent lamps and ballasts: We collect fluorescent, HID, and other mercury-containing lamps and package them in boxes or containers that prevent breakage. Ballasts are checked for PCB content and sorted so that PCB-containing ballasts are managed separately from non-PCB ballasts.
• Batteries (lithium, alkaline, lead-acid, and more): Batteries are sorted by chemistry and packaged in containers suited to each type. Terminals are taped or otherwise protected to prevent short circuits, and damaged, leaking, or swollen batteries are identified and packaged separately.
• Mercury-containing devices: We remove and package thermostats, switches, thermometers, gauges, and other devices that contain mercury. Containers are kept closed, labeled, and packed to prevent breakage and release.
• Aerosols and other universal waste streams: Aerosol cans are collected and managed according to their contents and condition, and we also handle other items that qualify as universal waste, such as certain pesticides and electronic devices, depending on your state's rules.
• Proper packaging, transportation, and recycling or disposal: Each container is closed, labeled with the required universal waste wording and accumulation start date, and prepared for transport. Material is sent to a permitted recycler or disposal facility suited to the waste stream, and we keep shipping records so you have documentation of where everything went.

We handle the recycling and disposal of electronic waste from offices, warehouses, plants, labs, and other facilities. Our technicians come to your site, collect and sort the equipment, and handle the packaging and shipping of everything that needs to go. Electronics often contain lead, mercury, cadmium, and other regulated materials, so they should not go out with regular trash.

Services include:

• Computers, monitors, and peripherals: We collect desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, keyboards, and other office equipment. Items are sorted by type, and CRT monitors and other equipment with fragile or hazardous components are packaged separately to prevent breakage.
• Servers, networking equipment, and components: We remove and package servers, switches, routers, racks, cabling, hard drives, circuit boards, and other components. Equipment is palletized and secured so it arrives at the recycler intact and ready for processing.
• Electronics containing regulated materials: Equipment that contains batteries, mercury lamps, or other regulated components is identified and handled according to the rules that apply to it. Items with lithium or other batteries are kept separate from standard electronics, and damaged or leaking batteries are packaged on their own.
• Secure handling and downstream recycling: Equipment is kept secured from pickup through delivery to the recycler. Material is sent to a permitted electronics recycler that processes it for material recovery, and we can coordinate data destruction for hard drives and other storage devices when needed.
• Documentation for compliance and record keeping: We prepare inventories, shipping records, and recycling documentation so you have a record of what was collected and where it went. Certificates of recycling or data destruction are provided when available from the receiving facility.

Profiles are updated when your materials or processes change.
• Manifests and shipping documentation: We prepare hazardous waste manifests, non-hazardous shipping papers, and bills of lading before each shipment leaves your site. Each document is checked against the containers being shipped, and we track the signed manifest copies and certificates of disposal until they are returned and filed.
• Land disposal restriction (LDR) notifications and certifications: We determine which LDR treatment standards apply to each waste stream and prepare the notification or certification that goes with each shipment. This includes identifying the waste codes and underlying hazardous constituents where required, and confirming the paperwork matches the waste profile and manifest so the receiving facility can treat the waste to the proper standard.
